Steve Green has been involved in the highest levels of sport, as an Olympic athlete, a coach and fitness & conditioning expert, for more than 30 years. These talents, skills, knowledge and experiences enable Steve to plan and deliver improvements in the performance of individuals and teams be they ordinary individuals and groups looking to improve their health and fitness to world-class athletes, teams and organisations in sport and show business.

Steve has made positive contributions to the performances of Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski (Tennis), Sir Cliff Richard (Show Business) and Takuma Sato (Formula 1). Organisations and teams that have benefited from Steve's work include The Lawn Tennis Association (videos available from the LTA), The England International Hockey Teams (male and female), The England Women's Rugby Team, The England Netball Team, The Paralympic Association and The England Athletics Team.
